We are a company based in Devon that has been established in Exeter for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on providing a customer friendly service using only qualified tradesman.

Started by W. H. Sprague & L. J. Ouseley the original partners, in a garage in New North Road. From there as the company increased in size it was necessary to move to Okehampton Street and then accross to Tudor Street, then in 2004 we moved to our present location in Silverton Road, Matford Park.

The company became incorporated in 1978 and is still family owned, it is now controlled by the sons of the original partners. We employ at present twenty staff, recruited locally, many of which have over twenty five years service with us.

We are members of HVCA, APHC, CORGI, ECA, NICEIC and OFTEC.
